With over 20 years experience Daniel Prince began his professional career working for one of Australia’s largest Engineering Consulting companies as a graduate. After various roles and companies, including Associate Director level positions he eventually found himself at Crown Resorts in 2008.

He joined Crown at a very exciting time. The $1.5B re-development of its Crown Melbourne complex had begun. Shortly followed by the design and development of the Sydney Hotel Resort Project at Barangaroo while simultaneously bidding for the Brisbane Casino / Integrated Resort. More recently, Daniel was involved in the Queensbridge Tower project, a joint venture with Schiavello Pty. Ltd. Daniel was proudly involved in these projects as a leader within Crown’s in-house design and delivery team.

Daniel has the unique skill of having the technically trained knowledge of an engineer, the business nous of a developer and the commercial awareness of an owner/operator. At the same time, he has the project delivery skills demanded by a high paced, system critical business that operates 24/7.

He has had experience of working consultant, construction and client side and understands the demands, expectations and requirements of them all.

After nearly 9 years and with a huge amount of experience in technically challenging environments with unique expectations and requirements, he started Specialised Project Management Group in 2017 to assist clients with their challenges and needs.
