DELIVERY

Delivery is bringing the project to life. We provide a detailed and strategic approach to delivery all the way through to the final commission, defects and handover.

  • Contract development, negotiation and administration
  • Design and Construct type projects / delivery
  • Preparing tenders, closing, evaluation, negotiation and recommendation
  • Contractor Procurement and selection
  • Delivery Risk identification, mitigation and Management
  • Scheduling, critical path management, monitoring and reporting

  • Evaluation of progress claims, issuing of practical completion and settlement agreements
  • Management of testing and commissioning
  • Defects assessments and rectification management
  • Transition from construction through to operation and maintenance

Feasibility focuses on assessing any potential project at a fundamental level. On most occasions, a client needs to understand the value of a project and determine its overall viability both in terms of financial, physical benefit and function before committing to the task.

We ensure that the client is informed so that all the information they need is presented in a manner to make any decision-making process easy and certain for them. Our experience operating client side helps us in understanding these expectations and requirements.

Key areas of feasibility scope include, but are not limited to:

  • Studies and Analysis Reports
  • Feasibility Reports including scope analysis, benefit analysis, optioneering, financial analysis, considerations and recommendations
  • We are also keen to understand the specifics that our clients may need to meet the requirements of their business approval process. It is important to properly determine the scope and expectations first and foremost
  • Business Case Reports and Justifications suitable for capital expenditure company requests
  • Brief Preparation in liaison with the client and relevant stakeholders
  • Scope determination and identification

Design is entering the next stage of the project once endorsement has been given by the business and the capital funding has been approved. It is ensuring that the business case and feasibility translates to a well-designed and managed outcome.

Once the market is tested it provides the client with the certainty, they require to meet the brief with an on time and on budget project.

Key areas of advisory and strategy scope include, but are not limited to:

  • Client Representation and stakeholder liaison
  • Project Scheduling, milestones and Programming
  • Scope development and Refinement during the project design process. Tracking scope creep is imperative particularly with a budget that has received approval at executive or board level
  • Project Phase and staging from concept design through to tender
  • Tendering and Appointment of the consulting team including – technical briefing, assessment, appointment and engagement, coordination and performance management
  • Design Management through various phases of the project to ensure that the client or stakeholder brief is achieved
