Over recent years he has successfully delivered on a complex Operational Transition project for a large Biotech and Pharmaceutical company.  He has practical experience in delivering major projects and facilities, including operational readiness, transition planning and change management elements.  John has also delivered on complex business transformation projects, involving business process alignment of multiple operational sites and functions.  With a proven track record in building and establishing cross functional teams to deliver complex projects, he is able to work with clients and stakeholders on successfully delivering complex projects.
