SUMMARY
SPMG are engaged by the builder, Maben, to oversee the Design and Construct of the; Mechanical (Including BAS), Electrical, Hydraulics (Gas, Sewer and Water) Lifts, Fire and Communications on this project.
WORKS INCLUDED
Oversee and manage the delivery of a building services Design and Documentation package prior to final Sign-off – working with Bates Smart, Robert Bird and ADP Consultants
Working closely with Newmark Capital to ensure tenants requirements are met, new tenants include Mecca Maxim, Clemenger and Rodd and Gunn
Review of design and documentation packages and assess against master brief. Preparation of a deviations tracking report and oversee the management of this process ;
Oversee the preparation of updated documentation to reflect the deviations register.
Liaison with appropriate authorities, contractors and client representatives including;
Relevant services and infrastructure authorities
Liaise with VicRoads to incorporate any base building requirements prior to the commencement of construction and integrated fitout works
