SUMMARY

SPMG are engaged by the builder, Maben, to oversee the Design and Construct of the; Mechanical (Including BAS), Electrical, Hydraulics (Gas, Sewer and Water) Lifts, Fire and Communications on this project. ​

WORKS INCLUDED

Oversee and manage the delivery of a building services Design and Documentation package prior to final Sign-off – working with Bates Smart, Robert Bird and ADP Consultants ​

Working closely with Newmark Capital to ensure tenants requirements are met, new tenants include Mecca Maxim, Clemenger and Rodd and Gunn​

Review of design and documentation packages and assess against master brief. Preparation of a deviations tracking report and oversee the management of this process ;​

Oversee the preparation of updated documentation to reflect the deviations register.​

Liaison with appropriate authorities, contractors and client representatives including;​

Relevant services and infrastructure authorities​

Liaise with VicRoads to incorporate any base building requirements prior to the commencement of construction and integrated fitout works​
