SUMMARY
SPMG was engaged by the builder during the last 4 months of the delivery phase of the project to oversee the detailed co-ordination and integration of all services on the project including:
Mechanical including BAS
Electrical
Comms
Security
Hydraulics, Fire and Lifts.
In addition SPMG coordinated and oversaw the commissioning and testing of all services in coordination with the hotel operator and building owner (Vicinity)
WORKS INCLUDED
Programming of all commissioning and testing to meet the completion date of the project
Client interface and project coordination meetings
Management and overseeing of all witnessing testing carried out by the projects independent commissioning agent (ICA)
Commissioning, integration and Testing meetings with all contractors and Vicinity operations team
Overseeing all trades and managing the interface of all services into converged IT network
Design and Engineering advice during the completion and coordination of the project
