SUMMARY

Responsible for the co-ordination and concept designs of all services and co-ordination with authorities for the masterplanning of a campus style facility. The project involved the bid for a brand new resort complex consisting of a combination of 6 –Star Hotel and 5 – Star Hotel, Ballroom, Conference and Function centre, High –End VIP Gaming facility and general gaming facilities. Provision for cigar and cigarette smoking patrons, signature restaurants, high-end apartments, retail and food court offers, major carparking provisions on the site.
