SUMMARY
The project involved the construction of a new 70 storey Integrated Resort comprising 6 Star Hotel / Casino / Apartment / Retail /Restaurants located in Sydney’s Barangaroo South site.
WORKS INCLUDED
Commercial contractual negotiation on utilities contracts, construction contracts and project development agreements
Approvals and planning with BDA, Sydney City Council, Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA)
Major plant design, engineering and co-ordination for Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, AV, Security, Surveillance, Pools, Building Maintenance Units (BMU’s), Fire and Lifts
Co-ordination and negotiation of major infrastructure requirements for site services including connection to site wide utilities provider, district cooling plant, HV Network
and recycled water systems
Greenstar and NABERS rated building
Standby Gensets c/w SCADA and PLC’s
New Data Centre (N+1)
Significant gaming floor which is specifically designed to allow cigarette and cigar smoking throughout
