SUMMARY

SPMG are engaged by Vicinity to oversee the design management and upgrade of a new consolidated tenancy at the Emporium in Melbourne CBD.

WORKS INCLUDED

Oversee and design manage the delivery of a tenancy consolidation project, this included procurement and engagement of consultants

Services Upgrade to allow for the new tenant includes –

    • New standalone dedicated chiller and boiler
    • Main Switchboard Upgrade and Modifications
    • New dedicated Air Handling plant
    • New dedicated grease traps and waste lines
    • Lift upgrades

    Major structural works and modifications  in order to accommodate the new services reticulation to the new roof plant area.

  • Overseeing town planning submission to incorporate building and façade modifications.

  • Overseeing the early contractor engagement and cost planning.

  • Overseeing a review of the existing building services and total capacities and advise on any potential upgrades that may be required where a tenancy mix change is being considered at the site.
