Responsible for feasibility study and analysis for a new 10mW Trigen plant at Crown Melbourne


The preparation of consultants briefing document suitable for RFP and engagement

Optioneering including, plant configuration, rebuild existing 6.6mw plant versus new installation, engine type and capacities

Technical assessment of existing network and the interconnectability and integration of the potential new system

Benchmarking both locally and globally on comparative systems

Establishments of loads and gas consumption via reviewing metering data and conducting energy modelling

Financial and sensitivity analysis including construction costs estimates, payback scenarios and NPV calculations

Structural load assessment and spatial analysis

Liaison with crane contractors to determine feasibility and practicalities of various lifting options

Liaison with gas providers in order to determine predicted short term and long term gas costs

Negotiation and liaison with CitiPower in order to ascertain the available fault level headroom in their network, connection requirements and provision of information in order to assist with their network modelling

Board and executive presentations
