SUMMARY

SPMG were engaged by Latrobe University to oversee the FY20 Plant and Equipment upgrade program at their Bundoora, Bendigo, Albury/ Wodonga and Mildura Campus.

WORKS INCLUDED

Oversee and manage the delivery of the FY2020 Capital Works Program for Plant and Equipment​

Verification of proposed plant and equipment proposed to be upgraded to replaced. This includes the proposed addition or reduction of scope to suit installation methodologies​

Oversee the preparation of a refined budget and project financial commitments​

Prepare a prioritisation schedule in liaison with Latrobe University Infrastructure / Operations and Projects Teams​

Program of works for all buildings. This will include the proposed seasonal equipment such as chillers and boilers as well as months of low student occupancy​

Plant and equipment procurement strategies to coincide with seasonal and student occupancy installation​

Contractor and Builder engagement​

Management of construction phase and Superintendent Services​
