SPMG were engaged by Latrobe University to oversee the FY20 Plant and Equipment upgrade program at their Bundoora, Bendigo, Albury/ Wodonga and Mildura Campus.


Oversee and manage the delivery of the FY2020 Capital Works Program for Plant and Equipment

Verification of proposed plant and equipment proposed to be upgraded to replaced. This includes the proposed addition or reduction of scope to suit installation methodologies

Oversee the preparation of a refined budget and project financial commitments

Prepare a prioritisation schedule in liaison with Latrobe University Infrastructure / Operations and Projects Teams

Program of works for all buildings. This will include the proposed seasonal equipment such as chillers and boilers as well as months of low student occupancy

Plant and equipment procurement strategies to coincide with seasonal and student occupancy installation

Contractor and Builder engagement

Management of construction phase and Superintendent Services
