SUMMARY

The project involved the construction of a new 88+ storey Hotel / Apartment Tower in joint venture with Schiavello Pty. Ltd. The project consists of a 388 room hotel, up to 720 luxury apartments, restaurants and function rooms.

Co-ordination and negotiation of major infrastructure requirements for site services including connection power, water and gas
