SUMMARY

SPMG were engaged by Maben during the last 6 months of the delivery phase of the project to oversee the co-ordination and integration of all services on the project as well as co-ordinating the sign-off process by the owners. Quest at Watergardens is located on Kings Road between the office precinct and Watergardens Hotel. It boasts 86 serviced apartments across five levels, including studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. The apartment hotel will also feature community-style living, as well as conference facilities, car parking and modern, light-filled apartments with fully equipped kitchens and laundry facilities.
