SUMMARY

On this project SPMG acted as Project Manager and Client Representative for the design, documentation and delivery including superintendent services of the new Head office for Specialized Bikes – Australia. The project consisted of over 1000m2 of  workspace, private offices, meeting rooms, boardrooms, gymnasium, mechanics workshop, break out areas and end of trip facilities.
