Responsible for design, documentation and delivery of the UPS Upgrade Project. The project involved the upgrade to the UPS systems complex wide.

WORKS INCLUDED

Prepare business case justification for works in order to apply for capital works expenditure to complete the project

The preparation of consultants briefing document suitable for RFP and engagement for design and modifications to UPS systems throughout the complex

Auditing existing systems serving various data hubs, security /comms areas and gaming areas to determine battery autonomy, duplication requirements
and age of the systems

Engaging suppliers and programming delivery of orders to meet upgrade program

Determining location of new systems ( UPS or battery banks) and coordinating with existing infrastructure

Managing installs, cut-overs and testing of newly installed systems
