SUMMARY

Specialised was engaged by the builder, Maben, to oversee the Design and Construct of the Mechanical (Including BAS), Electrical, Hydraulics (Gas, Sewer and Water) Lifts, Fire and Communications on this project.

WORKS INCLUDED​

Oversee and manage the delivery of a building services Design and Documentation package prior to final Sign-off​

Review of design and documentation packages and assess against PCA A-Grade Guidelines and QIC master brief

Preparation of a deviations tracking report and oversee the management of this process​

Oversee the preparation of updated documentation to reflect the deviations register​

Liaison with appropriate authorities, contractors and client representatives including –  relevant services and infrastructure authorities and  QIC Operations teams to understand the project outcomes​

Liaise with VicRoads to incorporate any base building requirements prior to the commencement of construction and integrated fitout works
